Serve this beer between 4°C and 7°C; stick it in the fridge for a good couple of hours.

Flavours to expect
This is based on a classic Belgian witbier but adds a whole load of spice. Usually for the style it’s orange and coriander. Here there’s cardamom and ginger in the mix, with coriander too. The base beer should have a gently tart, smooth and refreshing profile over which all those spices can work their magic.
I’ll keep it short and sweet: pair this with curry. Specifically from Bundobust if you can manage that.
